Little Green Fingers - Panasonic Eco-Ideas Challenge
It all started with a plan to embark on a journey to plant greens and teach other children to do planting and love nature. This plan was selected for the Panasonic Eco-Ideas Challenge Competition and awarded seed funding.
With the seed fund, our Environmental Science Club pupils led by three passionate young leaders, selected seeds to purchase and started their learning journey to plant and grow vegetables. Calling themselves, "Little Green Fingers", they have done outreach to kindergartens and will be seeking an audience in public and other schools.
They are now working on growing hydroponics plants indoor with LED lights. If you think that they are passionate about their outreach programme, please go to Youtube to "like" their video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aB1se80wzeI.
The video was created for their journey this far. The challenge is on for the Little Green Fingers from OLQP, Our Lady Queen of Peace.
